Overview of the “organization” entity in TOPS [ONE]

Initially all communities are added to the top-level organization (aka the client). Adding an organization provides optimal flexibility for separating or dividing groups of communities or dividing operational groups.

From the Admin page, select Organization link to view the organization list.

 

Initially, one organization is set up. All communities that are added to the system will be added to the organization that is selected.
