Create a Work Order



If a Service Request is created, and it needs to be assigned to a Vendor or to a User, you can promote it to a Work Order. 

This guide will go over how to promote a Service Request to a Work Order. 


Step By Step

1. Click Service Request then Service Request Tickets. Select the Service Request you want to promote. 


2. Click Actions then Create Work Order 


3. This will open the Add Work Order page with the information in the Service Request prefilled. 

All the information is editable.

4. After your changes have been made, click Save
