How to Select or View Bank Account
TOPS [ONE] Version 188.8.131.52
In TOPS [ONE] you have a “master” bank that can be used by all communities. Within the master bank, you can view and manage accounts that are community specific.
Navigating to the bank account page allows you to view or edit the bank account details like accounts # and/or lockbox ID. It is also where you would assign authorized signatures and do bank reconciliations.
The following steps will walk you through how to navigate to a specific bank account.
Step By Step
1. Click Portfolio, then select Banks.
2. Click the bank name to select the bank.
3. Click the account name of the bank account you wish to view.
4. From here, you can view activity, bank information, or manage digital signatures. Click the Actions button to edit things like the last check # used or lockbox ID.
