CCR Ticket Filters

Description

The CCR Ticket view has many filtering options. These options are designed to help the user find a particular group of tickets (Violations or ACC Requests) to take the next action or skip actions.

 

To get there... 

1. Click CCR then CCR Tickets

 

Available Filters

 

Community Filter – This allows you to filter your CCR tickets view to a single community or all communities

Quick Filters – These filters allow you to quickly find a group of tickets based on their status. The page defaults to the Open filter, which displays all open tickets for the selected community or all communities. The Action Due filter will display all open tickets whose next scheduled action is today or earlier.

Additional Filters

These filters allow you to find a subset of data within the selected community or all communities

Create Date Min & Create Date Max  These filters allow the user to choose a start date, end date, or using both, a range of dates to find tickets that were created during a particular timeframe. This filter is useful when looking for architectural requests that were submitted between the last ARB meeting and the next ARB meeting or violation items created during a particular week or month. NOTE: Once you select your filters, you need to click the Apply option to see the results

Next Action Date Min & Next Action Date Max  These filters allow the user to choose a start date, end date, or using both, a range of dates to find tickets whose next action is scheduled during a particular timeframe. This filter is useful for finding a group of tickets which need to be reinspected during a particular week.

CCR Code This filter allows the user to select a CCR code to view all records associated with that code. It is useful when looking for ARC requests or when reinspecting for a particular violation, like garbage cans being left out after pickup.

Item Status This filter is similar to the Quick Filters above and allows the user to filter the tickets based on their status (Open, Closed, or All)

Street Contains This filter allows the user to find a group of tickets based on a particular street or a building if the community is a condo. It is useful when doing inspections on a particular street or group of streets. For example, if all streets on the right side of the property are Drives and all streets on the left side of the property are Circles, you could search for Circle, which would result in a listing of all tickets related to homes on the left side of the property.

Item Contains  This filter allows the user to filter the tickets based on the information within the CCR Detail Description. It is useful when looking for tickets that all contain the same wording. For example, if you have a generic Landscaping CCR Code, and modify the Detail Description when you create new records with the details of the landscaping violation, then you can use this filter to find all tickets that contain the word weed or mow or trim.

Tip: You can save and access commonly used filters by selecting the plus symbol

Then, enter a name for you view and choose to make this available to all users or just to your view. You can also opt to have this view as your default when logging into the page.
