Removing a Recurring Charge on a Property

In order for a homeonwer to receive an assessment or special assessment charge, they must be assigned to that charge code.
If a charge code was incorrectly assigned, or if they no longer need that charge, the code will need to be unassigned. This article will give you step by step instructions on how to remove a recurring charge on a single property.
Step By Step
1. On the navigation pane, click Portfolio then Properties. Select the property you want to work on.
You can also use the Search Bar on the top of the page and search the property using an address, account number, or owner name.
The Recurring Charges is located on the top right of the page.
2. Click Actions then Edit Property
3. Under Recurring Charge Click the X next to the charge you want to remove
4. Click Save
