Update Property Collection Status


When a property is processed through collections, the property will have a red label on the top right of the page. 

Properties can be removed from collection when collections are ran and if they no longer meet the qualifications. They can also be removed from collections by manually updating the collection flag on the property. 


Step By Step

1. Click Portfolio then Property. Select the Property to work in. 

2. Click Actions then Edit Property.

3. Under Info, update select the correct Collection Status. 


4. Click Save. 

5. Verify the update by returning to the property page.
