Add/Update an Owner Email
Communications for owners can be sent via email, or generated in a PDF to be sent by postal mail. In order for an owner to receive communication via email, or to sign up with TOPS Pay or Owner Access, they will need to have an email listed.
Step By Step
1. Click Portfolio then Owners. Select the owner to update.
2. Click Actions then Edit Owner
3. Under Email, enter the owner email.
4. Click Save when complete.
