The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.

The following new releases will be live in TOPS [ONE] today. As a web-based product, there is no action for TOPS [ONE] users to take. Your TOPS [ONE] platform will automatically be updated in the cloud.

Here's what's new:

TOPS Pay

TOPS Pay Required Attention

  • Apply NSF Fee or Removed Failed Payment
    • TOPS Pay is a feature that allows homeowners to pay their dues online using recurring payments or one-time payments.When transactions are unable to process, due to insufficient funds or other issues, they will appear in the TOPS Pay Attention section. Users have the option to delete and remove the line item, or a NSF fee can be charged.

Communication

Comments

  • Comments on AR Transactions
    • Comments, internal and public, can now be added and found on the following accrued/posted transaction pages: 
      • Apply Charges
      • Apply Interest
      • Apply Prepaid 
      • Apply Late Fee
      • Owner Payment Adjustments
      • Cash Receipt Batches
    • Public comments can be used to notify owners the reason for certain charges or adjustments. 

General Ledger

Journal Entries

  • Edit Posted Journal Entries
    • Posted journal entries can now be edited and saved. No longer do they need to be deleted then reposted. Find the Edit option in the Action menu located on the JE page. 

 

Portfolio

Owner Resale

  • Send New Owner Welcome Message
    • Once a resale has been completed, easily send the new owner any New Owner documentation you may have. The Send Message icon will quickly redirect you to the Send Message feature with the new owner as the recipient. This message will disappear after you leave the page. The ability to send the owner a message is always available under the action menu.
