Closing and Reopening a CCR Record

CCR Records can be closed and reopened from either the CCR Record or the CCR Tickets view.

Step By Step

Closing CCR in the Index Page

1. Click Portfolio then Community. Select the Community to work in. 

2. Click CCR then CCR Tickets. 

3. A CCR can easily be closed by clicking the on the ticket.

4. Verify the selection

5. Once closed, a pop up will appear at the bottom of the page.

The record is now marked as CLOSED and the Closed Date has been added. The Closed Date is always the date that the record was physically closed by the user. The Actions are also now greyed out. Actions cannot be taken on a closed record.

Closing a CCR in the Record

1. Click Portfolio then Community. Select the Community to work in. 

2. Click CCR then CCR Tickets. Click the record to edit. 

3. Click Actions then Close CCR

Once Closed, a pop up will appear at the bottom of the page.

The record is now marked as CLOSED and the Closed Date has been added. The Closed Date is always the date that the record was physically closed by the user. The Actions are also now greyed out. Actions cannot be taken on a closed record.

Closing a CCR's in a Batch

1. Click Portfolio then Community. Select the Community to work in. 

2. Click CCR then CCR Tickets. 

3. Click the + on the CCR Record to close. The + will turn to a mceclip8.png once selected.

4. Click Actions then Close 

The Actions button will have the number of records selected. This example shows 2 records selected.

The record is now marked as CLOSED and the Closed Date has been added. The Closed Date is always the date that the record was physically closed by the user. The Actions are also now greyed out. Actions cannot be taken on a closed record.

 

Reopening Closed CCR Records.

1. Click Portfolio then Community. Select the Community to work in. 

2. Click CCR then CCR Tickets. 

3. Click Closed

4. Click the + on the record to reopen. The + will turn to a mceclip8.png once selected.

5. Click Actions then Reopen. 

The Actions button will have the number of records selected. This example shows 1 records selected. 

6. Verify the selection

When a record is reopened, a comment is generated on the record. This comment contains the previous Close Date of the record before it was reopened.
