Set the Default Community Welcome Letter

Description 

When an Owner Resale is done, users have the option to send a message to the owner. This article will go over how to set a default Welcome Letter  after performing a resale.

Before You Start

  • Upload the Welcome Letter 
    • Verify the letter has the correct delivery preference. This will allow the welcome letter to be emailed.

  • Ensure the owner has an email listed on their profile. 

 

Step By Step

1. Click Portfolio then Community. Select the community to edit. 

2. Click Actions then Edit Community. 

3. Under Default Owner Resale Template, click the mceclip2.png to search for a template.

4. Select the Template 

5. Click OK

6. Click Save

Once saved, the default letter will be displayed on the Community Profile Page.
