TOPS [ONE] Release Notes (Version 7.0.0.0)

The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.

As a web-based product, there is no action for users to take. Your system will automatically be updated in the cloud.

Here's what's new:

Home Page 

Logging In  

• Password Lockout
  
  • Your security is one of our highest priorities. To promote industry-standard best practices, TOPS has implemented a 30-minute lockout after 10 failed login attempts.

Year-End 

1099-NEC Report 

• Yearli 1099-NEC Export Format 
  
  • To be in accordance with the 2020 IRS changes, TOPS will no longer produce a 1099-MISC form, and will now produce a 1099-NEC form through our partner Yearli. 

Smart Banking

• Download Lockbox File by Date
  
  • Users using the Real-Time balance, and Automatic Lockbox posting feature in Smart Banking will be able to retrieve lockboxes from previous dates and automatically post the files into TOPS [ONE].  If your lockbox didn't post for a certain day, you can easily repost it with just a few clicks.
