Accessing ACH Returns

1. From within your community, you can click on Accounts Receivable (AR) and then AR Cash Receipts

2. From there, if there is anything that requires your attention it will show up under TOPS PAY - ATTENTION on the right side of the screen

3. Here we can view all of the ACH returns along with their codes. Use the attached ACH Return Codes List to learn more about the return under the Related Links above
