TOPS [ONE] Version



Assigning Work Orders to a specific Owner can be incredibly helpful for a few reasons. It can help you keep track of Work Orders more specifically in your community, and it can also make it easier to post any charges from a Work Order to their account. In this article, we will be showing you how you can assign a Work Order and use the features associated with it.

Step By Step 

1. Select an existing Work Order and select Edit Work Order by going to the Action button on the top-right of your screen


2. Under Community/Property, you can replace the information there with the name of an Owner in that specific community. Please remember that Work Order Codes are community-specific, and should match the community that the owner lives inName.gif

3. Select Save on the top-right of your screenSave.gif



Printing a Work Order

1. Once saved, simply click on the Action button on the top-right of your screen and select Print. This will automatically begin a download for a PDF version of your Work OrderPrint.gif


Posting a Work Order

1. To Post a Work Order on an Owner account, simply go to the Action button on the top-right of the screen and select Close and Post Costs. Select the date you would like it to post to the owner account and select Save
