May 12, 2021 Announcement - Smart Banking Lockbox Didn't Post.

Smart Banking Users: 

Some users have reported their Lockbox files for May 11, 2021 not being posted on their accounts. 

Please check your community activity feed for the Lockbox transaction for that day. 


If the File is Missing: 

CIT users
should download the lockbox file directly from their bank, and manually upload the file using the Lockbox Toolkit. 


Users with other banks should follow the instructions in the following article. 
Smart Banking - Download Lockbox File by Date (For Step 3, use the date 05/11/2021).

If you are unable to use this feature, follow the instructions for CIT users.
