TOPS [ONE] Release Notes (Version



The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.

As a web-based product, there is no action for users to take. Your system will automatically be updated in the cloud.

Here's what's new:



Service Requests

  • Fields recently added to the Service Request tickets are now available on the Service Request Report.1.png

Print Jobs


  • We’re committed to always improving your TOPS [ONE] experience and have been diligently working on improving the application’s performance. Some of the most performance impactful areas are Reporting & Report Packages.  Over the last few weekly releases and continuing for several more releases, you will see more print functions like Reports & Report Packages outputs available through a new menu item called “Print Jobs”. This feature allows you to access your print jobs (such as Statements & Report Packages) and will keep a history of these print jobs for future reference.2.jpg


The TOPS [ONE] Development Team is constantly working on General App Performance Improvements to ensure that you can continue to have a smooth experience.

    Lisa Schinke Thank you for pointing that out! Yes, the feature released added these fields to the SR Report, not the individual printouts. However, we are always open to hearing more feature suggestions! Feel free to submit a feature request or talk to your customer success representative to get it sorted.     It's nice to see these new features added, but when making a test SR from the Sample community, and printing it, I see that it is still not printing these extra fields on the SR itself. 

    I added a name in the "assigned to" field, marked it high priority, but neither of those things showed up. Also, no "created date" showed up on it.

    Our team relies on the created date showing on the printed SR so they know if it is work that needs to be done sooner rather than later.
