TOPS [ONE] Release Notes (Version


The TOPS [ONE] development team is adding multiple new additions and updates to the platform today.

As a web-based product, there is no action for users to take. Your system will automatically be updated in the cloud.

Here's what's new:


Advanced Portals

User Level Authorizations

  • This feature introduces the ability for you to restrict your managers to just access the associations associated with their account, and removes their ability to update company settings. The new Employee menu option replaces the Manage Admins functionality.
    Your employees names and email addresses will automatically sync in from your TOPS [ONE] instance, or when you click on the "Sync" button.
    You can invite employees using the invite capability, and also set the employee to be either a Company administrator (with full permissions) or Community Manager (restricted permissions).
    Additional Employees can be manually added outside of the sync with TOPS [ONE], if required. Click on the Add New button to insert.
    Employees can also be deactivated which automatically locks their user account out of the admin area.
    [ACTION REQUIRED] For existing admin accounts, they will automatically be migrated over to Company Admin role. If this is not the desired role, it will need to be changed by a Company Admin, to Community Manager. Associations for that Manager can be selected individually, or they can have access to all.
